Short answer: Goodweigh’s ratings from our 2026 customer satisfaction survey, which covered over 1,000 customers, show an average rating of 8.3. Nearly 9 out of 10 customers say they would recommend Goodweigh to friends or family.

Goodweigh experiences: Over 1,000 customers completed our survey about their experiences with Goodweigh. The average rating: 8.3 out of 10. Nearly 9 out of 10 customers say they will recommend us to friends or family. Not bad, but what lies behind the figures?

And what can we improve? In this blog post, we’re sharing the honest results of our customer satisfaction survey: what’s working well, what could be improved, and what we’re doing about it.

How do we measure the Goodweigh experience?

In June 2026, Goodweigh customers received a questionnaire containing 15 questions. The questions covered satisfaction with various aspects of the service, on a scale of 1 to 5, how customers had found Goodweigh, why they chose us and what they’d like to see done differently. In total, over 1,000 customers took part.

The open-ended questions were answered remarkably well: the question about guidance received 883 detailed responses, whilst the question about the personal portal received 720. This type of feedback is excellent for assessing the quality of our service.

The results: what’s working well

All six aspects of the service received an average score of over 4.1 on a scale of 1 to 5. The component that received the highest rating is the order status information, with an average of 4.52 and 89 per cent of customers giving a rating of 4 or 5. Thanks to this, customers know exactly where their medicines are during transit, which provides reassurance in a process where many already feel uncertain.

Aspect Average % rating 4 or 5
Order status information4.5289%
Medical chat4.4088%
Customer service / communication4.3386%
Delivery speed4.2781%
Support during treatment4.2382%
Personal portal4.1978%

The medical chat and customer service also received high ratings, at 4.40 and 4.33 respectively. One customer described the sign-up process as follows: “Easy to get started. I was able to try the service and then cancel it again.” This combination of accessibility and personal contact was mentioned in several responses as a reason to stay with the service.

How likely are customers to recommend us?

When asked how likely a customer is to recommend Goodweigh to a friend or family member, on a scale of 0 to 10, customers give an average rating of 8. Only 10 per cent give a rating of 6 or lower, whilst half give a rating of 9 or 10. This suggests that a large majority of customers would actively recommend us to people in their circle.

What could be improved: honesty about areas for improvement

The lowest ratings relate to the personal portal (4.19), guidance during treatment (4.23) and delivery speed (4.27). In the open-ended responses, which were well-substantiated, three requests came up most frequently. Almost one in five comments about the portal (19 per cent) concerned the desire for a mobile app: “Why don’t you turn this into an app? It would be easier to use,” wrote one customer.

In addition, 15 per cent of the comments about customer service called for more human contact and more personalised guidance, with less reliance on chatbots and greater scope to make phone calls. Finally, 12 per cent mentioned a desire for quicker responses from the medical team, with clearer communication and no need for repeated emails.

What are we doing with this feedback?

We take these signals seriously and are working step by step on the improvements. Regarding the personal portal, we are investigating how we can make the experience more accessible and user-friendly, including the request for a mobile app. Regarding guidance, we are looking at ways to make contact more personalised and less reliant on automated responses.

As for communication, we are working to reduce response times from the medical team, so that customers receive faster and clearer answers. We do not make promises we cannot keep, but will share concrete progress as soon as it is available.

How do customers find us?

Google is by far the largest channel through which customers find us, with 426 mentions, followed by Instagram with 265 and word-of-mouth recommendations from friends and family with 156. On average, customers who came to us via a doctor or other healthcare professional are the most satisfied. This is no coincidence: those who come via a professional have often given the choice more thought and start out with realistic expectations.

One customer who found us via social media put it this way: “I’ve heard positive reviews on Instagram; I’ve already tried so many things and this really is my last attempt – and it’s actually working. I’m so happy.”
